Ashland Police Department | Branding Video

About: The Ashland Police Department is the protector of the city of Ashland in Southern Oregon. With all of the uniquenesses of Ashland and the constant growth around the city due to the thriving theater and sports cultures due to Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Southern Oregon University Athletics, the city is guarded and served by the wonderful Ashland police department. They understand that Ashland is their home and they want to serve and protect it to the greatest extent.

Challenge: The challenge of this campaign was to target people from out of the area to want to come in and work alongside other great officers and protect the city of Ashland. Recruitment videos all come with their own issues as it is difficult to convert people by a link click through social media. Our Marketing team was able to work with APD and get their target audience, use the proper SEO tools and keywords that would help get in front of the proper audience that would consistently draw in potential officers.

Outcome: Over a 3 month campaign period our team was able to produce 157,275 views, 7,770 clicks, and 717 landing page views across rural northern California, Oregon, southern Washington and western Idaho.  Because of the campaign, the APD acquired the hires they needed, and did not require any more advertising.
