About: Crater Lake Electrical is a pre-apprenticeship program that we had the wonderful opportunity of capturing. This program allows students of all different backgrounds to come in and find a career that is one track way to success. Crater Lake Electrical’s program was electric to say the very least. Giving students hands-on learning with the potential to earn money. This drew people of all ages, genders, and life situations to want to grow within the trade starting as young as High School kids.

Challenge:The challenge for our team was to get the emotional draw out of those kids that had been through so much but were able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We wanted viewers to see this human emotion and be drawn to these people and wanted to hear their success and potentially guide a person that does not believe they have a way out of a slump to lifetime levels a success and satisfaction

Outcome: These videos turned out to be great performers within our AD campaign producing 32,151 views and 928 clicks over the span of a month while we boosted the videos to only rural Southern Oregon communities. Because of the videos, all of their Rogue Valley classes filled up and they had to stop advertising for open slots for their program. Our partnership with Crater Lake Electrical has grown substantially as we are able to continue our work with the team and show the world the effects that Crater Lake Electrical has on its communities
